Interactive Reliability Checks

's nanoRV enables advanced reliability checks on the design before it is completed. It can read in Spice results or receive parameters on the technology from the user and perform reliability checks interactively, as the design is being edited, removing the majority of reliability issues before reaching signoff.

nanoRV’s key features are:

• Performs Electromigration, Self Heat, IR Drop, Antenna Effect and Fuse Effect checks while the design is being edited
  
• Takes into account hot spots in the design and applies more rigorous rules to them
  
• Plugs into Cadence Virtuoso and SpringSoft Laker seamlessly
